How does it work?
Mind5® can guide you through your whole journey. Depending on the situation we may inspire you purely via our unique videos with inspiring exercises in our Optimal Performance Leader Program. In other situations, we start with helping people to find out what it is that they really want, help them make a transition to a new life, guide them through every phase of change and even help build their personal brand, marketing and sales strategy, website, and business model. Generally, we work with three different phases.
Step 1: Explore and learn as an Optimal Performance Leader (OPL) in training
You are following the Optimal Performance Leader Program to become a licensed Mind5® Optimal Performance Leader.
During this program, you will come to understand what your unique talents are, what matters for you to find your optimal performance level and how you can make more optimal impact.
You’ll also receive one-to-one coaching sessions for deeper understanding. During the final three calls, we will find out more about your personal brand, marketing, and sales strategy. You can use our method as one of the tools in your toolbox. Without any extra costs or franchise fees.
Duration: Self-study of 6 - 24 months + 7 one to one coaching sessions
Investment: 3500 euros ex VAT
Step 2: Collaborate as licensed OPL
Attract ideal clients with a authentic personal branding strategy and business plan
We will help you grow your business.
In co-creation, Mind5®’s founder Roelien will help you with your brand identity, product development, storytelling, sales strategy, and personal sales script. We support you with everything you need to find your optimal performance and gain more (financial) freedom.
Duration: 6 - 12 months, 6 deep dives (6x 90 mins) with Roelien

Step 3: Co-create as preferred coach
Take our collaboration to a next level and become a fulltime preferred coach
Especially for people who want to take their performance coaching business to the next level we are offering tailor-made sales training in collaboration with The Closer Academy. You will learn everything about sales and how to connect with your ideal clients. One of the possibilities is to sell the Mind5® OPL program and provide the coaching yourself. This means that you will directly be able to use a program that provides a high impact on the clients that you work with. We are there to support you as well.
Duration: As long as possible. We are in it for the long run :)
